Refund & Return Policy — Pump Keg Products
At Pump Keg, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Because we offer both standard and custom products, please review the following policies so you know what to expect before ordering:
Standard Products
- Standard Pump Keg products (non-customized) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition
- Returns must include all packaging and accessories
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or defective
Custom Products (Wraps, Logos & Custom Designs)
- Custom Pump Keg wraps, printed logos, and color-coated kegs are made to order
- Once a custom product has been produced or applied to a keg, it is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged or with a verified defect
- Custom orders cannot be returned once the product has been used in any capacity (e.g., beverage service, filling, etc.)
Used Products
- Used Pump Kegs — including those that have been filled, dispensed from, or handled in a way that changes the original condition — are not eligible for return or resale and cannot be refunded or exchanged
Damage During Shipping
- If your Pump Keg arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item
- Claims for damage will be evaluated and, if approved, Pump Keg will cover a replacement or other remedy at our discretion
Processing & Timing
- Refunds for eligible returns will be issued within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item
- Custom orders may take additional processing time due to design and production
